Metal Detecting

I had one student who likes to metal detect as a hobby. He brought in his equipment to share with the class. It was pretty cool!

Chromebooks

Here is my first run with my class and the chromebooks! These little guys are super tiny but they boot up and you're online in 10 seconds or less!!! Sweet!!!!

Thanksgiving 2012

So we had a spontaneous Thanksgiving get to together! We had about 15 people over and thanks to mom and dad's furniture, EVERYONE could sit!!! haha! It was a lot of fun. The turkey burned, we ordered pizza, but there was pie and laughter! What more could you ask for? Also this is our friend, Michelle, trying pumpkin pie for THE FIRST TIME!!!! What??? She loved it! I think our Thanksgiving was a success :)

New Class

So we got to have a going away party for one of my students. She is moving and we threw here a little party :)

Kittens in the Classroom

This year I've already had animal friends visit. I had a student bring in 3 adorable kittens! It was so much fun. Of course everyone loved them and we all voted that we should have "Kitten Cuddling Monday" EVERY Monday!!! haha!!!
