D&D Night!

Tonight we played D&D With Jen, Lindsay and Ian. It was a lot of fun.


Jonah was a good DM and we had a fun adventure!


I made cheese dip and Jen made cookies and Lindsay brought us grapes and teddy grahams.... yes teddy grahams!!! Wooo hooo!!

New Loveseat!

We love this little couch! It was such a great buy on Kijiji! It was listed for $175, but we got it for $100! Great huh?

Anyway, it fits in perfectly! I took pictures with the blinds open and closed so you could see it against them. And I tried to get the whole room in a picture so you could see it all together :)

Pics of our Bedroom and the Guest Room

So I know we didn't have any pictures of how our room looked once the furniture was put together and the bed all made.

So here is our bedroom. The green wall color looks so great with our bedspread! And Jonah's desk is now clean a much more tidy :) He can finally draw and write on it!

Our guest room is still not completely done, but its getting there. Also Jonah hung his swords in a cool way on the wall. Its like our weapon stand.

Last of the Decorations

Bev got us these fun wreath and candy cane decorations for Christmas last year! Its fun to actually get to use them now!

We strung lights on the palm tree and now its a Christmas palm!!

More Decorations!

We got stockings to put on the mantle. Its so nice to just HAVE a mantle!! And we have candy canes hanging on the window sill and on our big columns and on the palm tree. And yes, we're going to eat them. :)

We had fun listening to Christmas music and decorating! Woo hoo!!!

Dinner

So here we are getting ready for dinner. Here is a pic of our dog Tye, all tuckered from our long walk this morning. We found a trail by a river nearby and it was a really good walk.

And here's Jonah making steak, eggs, and beans! Hearty meal! It was soooo good! And I made a strawberry cake with choc icing!! Woo hoo!!
